We offer free standard shipping on all Slicky Sticky orders within the continental United States. Orders ship from our facility in Garland, Texas.
Processing & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, expect delivery in 3-5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules or weather.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders
Shipping outside the continental U.S. is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a quote.

Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. The product should be in its original packaging and in resellable condition. If you’ve already opened it, reach out anyway and we’ll work with you.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking so you have confirmation of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your Slicky Sticky arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Hydroseeders, straw blowers, and other TurfMaker equipment are not sold through the online store. Contact us directly for equipment sales.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order. If we do, you will receive a full refund.
